Adaptation in Changing Times and Circumstances

This Voices of EsF session is presented by Uma Ramani, Director of 3-6 Training (Blended) at the Montessori Institute of North Texas (MINT), and Teng-Chien Yu, AMI Primary Trainer, who share their invaluable perspectives on the Montessori principle of adaptation in changing times and circumstances. They discuss key Montessori principles, including building relationships, recognizing the centrality of the child in the community, committing to a vision of education as an aid to life, co-creating an adaptive framework to practice education as an aid to life, and building sustainability of practice.
